Is this the new version 2 Drum?

Asked by: Krex
Hi, I suggest you give them a call. I had the old drum and screen. They told me they were covered under warranty. All I had to do is email a picture of the damaged parts and I just have to pay for shipping.

Will this fit the NC800HDS? Is it sturdier than what came with my juicer 2 years ago?The one that came with it cracked in every spot possible. It's beyond able to be taped or repaired. Need to buy a replacement, but hesitant if it's the same quality.

Asked by: CAJuicer
No, this doesn't fit the NC800
